These Terms govern your use of Rorschach, a service provided by Scale There. By using Rorschach, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you are using Rorschach for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Service
Rorschach provides creative analysis and reports. Outputs are informational and should be used alongside your own judgment.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to upload or submit the content you provide.
- You will not use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse the service.
Payments and refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal, and access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
AI outputs
Rorschach uses AI to generate analysis. AI outputs may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and using the outputs appropriately. We do not train models on your data.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to use that content to provide and improve the service.
Marketing use of creatives
You give Scale There permission to use creative assets you upload as examples in our marketing to promote Rorschach. If you want a specific asset removed, email [email protected].
Availability and changes
We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these Terms from time to time.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scale There is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
