Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Rorschach, provided by Scale There. By using Rorschach, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you are using Rorschach for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.
Service
Rorschach is a downloadable workspace for performance and creative strategy. You use your own local AI agent for research, analysis, concepts, copy, scripts, briefs and reports. Outputs are informational and require your review and judgment. Your agent must be able to read and write local files and run local tools.
Your responsibilities
- You have the right to use the content you provide to your chosen AI tools.
- You will not use the service for illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- You will follow the supplied product licence, including its limits on redistributing the underlying system.
Payments and refunds
The first year costs $499 USD and includes the product plus 12 months of updates and product support from usable delivery. It then renews automatically at $249 USD per year unless you cancel before renewal. Taxes and third-party AI accounts, subscriptions and provider usage are additional. Payments are handled by Polar.
Cancel through your billing account or contact [email protected] before renewal to stop future charges. You keep the versions already received under the product licence. Updates and product support continue until the end of the paid period, then stop.
The initial purchase has a 30-day full-refund window from usable delivery. Contact us within that window to request a refund. This initial-purchase offer does not promise a new refund window for each renewal. A full refund ends the product licence; your own client work remains yours. Your non-waivable rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
AI outputs
Your chosen AI agent generates outputs, which may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing and using the outputs appropriately. Your AI host and any connected providers process data under their own terms and settings.
Your content
You keep your rights in your client content, original additions and outputs. Keeping files in your local workspace does not grant us rights to use them. Rights in material supplied by others remain with the relevant owners.
Sharing your work
You may share legitimate finished outputs with clients, editors and stakeholders. Sharing an output does not grant a licence to operate or redistribute the Rorschach system. We do not acquire permission to use your local client files in marketing.
Availability and changes
Local files remain usable after cancellation, subject to the product licence. External agents, APIs and platforms may change; indefinite compatibility is not guaranteed. Product support covers use and troubleshooting of Rorschach, not separately commissioned setup or strategy services. We may update the product and these Terms from time to time.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Scale There is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
