Rorschach is a downloadable workspace used with your own AI agent. This policy covers our website, purchases and support. Your local client files and your chosen AI providers are described separately below.
What we collect
- Contact details and messages you send us, including any files you choose to send for support.
- Purchase, payment-status and licence information needed to deliver the product and manage updates, support and renewals.
- Website request and usage data collected through hosting and website analytics.
How we use your data
- Deliver purchases and manage update access, support, billing and cancellation.
- Respond to messages and troubleshoot issues you raise.
- Understand website use, keep the website reliable and prevent abuse.
Local files and AI tools
Your client context, evidence and outputs are stored in your local Rorschach folder. They are not uploaded to this website as part of using that folder. Your chosen AI agent may send prompts and selected files to its model provider. Connected research, media or other tools may also send data to their providers. Their own terms, privacy policies and account settings govern that processing. Review those settings before giving a tool access to private client work.
How we share data
We do not sell your data. Cloudflare provides website hosting and security. Polar handles purchases and payments under its own privacy policy. The website includes Umami analytics for page views and events such as button clicks and section views. Providers process the information needed for those services. Your AI and other connected tools are chosen and managed by you.
Data retention
We keep purchase and support records for as long as needed to provide the product and meet legal or operational requirements. You can request deletion. You manage retention and deletion of local client files and data held by your chosen AI or tool providers.
Cookies and analytics
Website analytics are separate from your local Rorschach work. The website sends page-view and interaction events to its analytics service; those events do not include your local client files. Hosting and payment providers may use their own cookies or similar tools under their policies.
Your choices
- You can request access or deletion of your data.
- You control which local files your AI agent and connected tools can access.
- You can cancel future renewals through your billing account or by contacting us.
